When first running LO, the start center only has Minimize and Close buttons on
the window title bar. This changesd to Minimize, Maximize, Close when creating
a new Writer doc. Then when relaunching LO, the start center has the 3 buttons
- but if you press the maximize button, it disappears, and the window remains
with the same dimensions.
