The font was refcounted by something else; and removing LibreOffice only reduced the refcount, not allowed to remove the font. Manual removal of the font does not reduce registry refcount. The initial assumption would be, that the situation is normal, and indicates some other package using the font(s). We need a way to reproduce on a system with no prior references to the fonts in registry.
