When I choose a color - for text, area, path etc. - I want to be offered colors
which are in wide use in my document: Colors in background images (e.g. in a
master slide or page style), colors of area in popups I've used a lot, etc.
Notes:
* These are _not_ the same as recently-used colors: I may be playing with the
colors of one page or slide, which has some colorful graphic; but my effective
document color-scheme, or color-palette has not changed.
* These are _not_ custom "document colors" that someone has explicitly marked
as such; although one could consider these akin to document
explicitly-specified document colors, piggybacking off of the facilities
intended for them.
