Description:
I am not given a color print options to one of my printers.
The LibreOffice writer crashes while trying to go through the printing options.
I have deleted all printer content and re installed the printer as well as
doing all trouble shoots with the success of color.
I have installed LibreOffice updated. Re booted computer and printer.
All still with the same outcome of crashing and no color option.
Actual Results:
open libreoffice writer
File>Print
Choose printer> HPF709E4 (HP OfficeJet Pro 7740series)
Properties> (finding no color option, Print quality BEST)
Apply
Print.
Note OfficeLibre has crashed. Send crash report.
Restart LibreOffice in safe mode.
Restart LibreOffice in normal mode.
Recover Documents.
Expected Results:
site crash or printing with no color
