Description:
When I try to use paste special as link in libreoffice calc in windows 10 it is
not pasting a link, only the value of the cell I am copying
Steps to Reproduce:
1. copy cell
2. move to cell where I want a link
3. try to paste special as link
Actual Results:
link to cell is not pasted, only value
Expected Results:
a link to the cell should be pasted
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
