The Confirm License Terms dialog of Extension APSO blinks.
Dialog Title is "Extension Software License Agreement".
Steps to Reproduce:
If Extension APSO is already installed in your environment, you can omit "1.
and 2".
1. Install Extension APSO.
2. close LibreOffice.
---
3. Start LibreOffice with a different profile.
4. A dialog box appears asking you to confirm the license terms.
5. Move the mouse cursor over the dialog.
Actual Results:
6. The dialog blinks.
Expected Results:
6. The dialog does not blink.

User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
I have a parallel installation of LibreOffice, so this may be a problem
specific to parallel installations.
First, set the folder "Data" as a profile, then install APSO and start
LibreOffiec with the folder name "Data2".
This problem also occurs at startup after an overwrite installation of
LibreOffice.
