Description:
It's not possible to move a chapter or section any more by clicking multiple
times on the Move Chapter Up/Down icons (recently renamed to Move Heading
Up/Down, see Bug 153721), because after the first click, the focus is lost in
the Navigator.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached document.
2. Open the Navigator, and click 2 times on the Move "Heading" Down icon.
Actual Results:
The section is moved once.
Expected Results:
The section is moved twice.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Regression.
