Find row 2 with the above row 1 values, expressed in scientific format, showing that the operation at C1, which is a big fat zero operating in minutes, lacks of resolution by 23.15e-15 which, expressed in seconds, it's as few as 2e-9 seconds. Just to verify conditional format mechanism, cell C3 nests a real 0, expressed as time, and C4 shows C3 in scientific format.
