Example file with list separated by empty paragraph
When in Writer there are two lists separated by a single paragraph, that can be
considered an accessibility warning worthy issue.
1. Open attached file
-> two similarly formatted lists, separated by an empty paragraph.
Accessibility sidebar gives no warnings.
It would be useful in this situation to give a warning, assuming the user may
have wanted these to be a single list.
