A sample document prepared for the test

Problem description: 
If a figure is formatted as any type of Title, when a index is created a
segmentation fault occurs.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a document;
2. Insert a figure;
3. Format the figure as "Link as character"
4. Create a index/summary

Current behavior:
Segmentation Fault occurs:

00007f5b299f8216 sp 00007ffff77ddfa0 error 4 in libswlo.so[7f5b29549000+e88000]

Expected behavior:
The index is created
