Description:
Add a vertical line to the new Macro Organizer dialog between left and right
sides of the dialog as it was suggest in the mockup in bug 120658, because user
can don't understand that buttons in the current central stack works for items
on left side of the dialog only
Steps to Reproduce:
look at the description
Actual Results:
The dialog has no a vertical line and user can be embarrassed
Expected Results:
The dialog has a vertical line and user will understand how buttons should work
