When installing Libre Office version after 24.2.7, the options during
installation via msi package “ISCHECKFORPRODUCTUPDATES=0” or
“REMOVE=gm_o_Onlineupdate” do not disable Online Update.
The same happens if the update option is manually disabled in the installer.
After installation, the Online Update option in the settings is active and
checked.
