Copying an existing image in order to place the copy somewhere else in the
document only works some of the time. This occurs both when using keyboard
shortcuts ctrl+v and ctrl+v as well as the right mouse button dialog options.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Place an image in a document
2. Attempt to copy and paste the image multiple times through whatever means
Behavior:
Sometimes the image will be copied. A copy is placed directly above the image
and you can drag the copy to its new location. Sometimes the copy is not
created. When copying an image once and pasting multiple times, the original
image sometimes disappears.
Expected Behavior:
A copy of the image is generated when using the paste action, preferrably next
to the image, not directly on top of it.
