using function frequency generate a "0" more then possible under the result
Steps to Reproduce:
1.generate 2 lists to use "frequenzy" correct
2.use functinon frequency in the right way
Actual Results:
There is a 0 to much under the correct result
Expected Results:
no 0
Reproducible: Always
