Description:
When entering a number or time value followed by a minus sign in LibreOffice
Calc, the value is unexpectedly converted to a negative number/time. Is it
intended or not?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter "123-" in a cell
2. Enter "12:34- am" in another cell
3. Enter "12:34 -" in another cell (with space)

Actual Results:
1. -123
2. -00:34:00
3. -12:34:00

Expected Results:
Calc treat them all as Text.


Reproducible: Always
