Description:
Spell check does not function when the page is set to English (Ireland). This
does not apply to other regions of English (i.e., EN-US, EN-UK).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type a typo in Engish(US)
2. Set the typo to English(Ireland)
3. Watch as the red underline disappears (yes it's still a typo in Ireland's
English).
Actual Results:
Spell check did not register misspelled words.
Expected Results:
Spell check recognises misspelled words.
Reproducible: Always
