Description:
Extra lines are added in between the table rows.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file (Issue with table lines.docx) in Libre office.
2. Observe extra horizontal line in each row.
3. Check the attached image (Issue_Lines_Table_rows.png) which is a comparision
with the MS office.
Actual Results:
Extra lines are added.
Expected Results:
Extra lines should not be added and it should match with MSO.
