With Windows 11, these thumbs are very narrow until you hover over the scrollbar, then they get wider. If a LO document is large, the thumb also gets very short. At least it's visible, unlike the arrows. But LO doesn't make thumbs wider when you hover over the scrollbar like most/all Windows apps do. Just when over the thumb itself. The thumb can be very hard to find. Especially when the right edge of the window is against the right edge of the screen.
