The Pivot Table layout dialog on a new pivot table does not show entries in the
Data field.
Therefore no calculation is performed and no choice of function is possible.

Steps
1) get data for a pivot table
2) Insert > Pivot Table
3) choose selection
4) PT layout dialog opens
Actual results: Dialog does no show operations in Data Fields box
Expected results: Show at least one operations.
