I ran into this bug while working on tdf#161623. What I found is that if you
delete all of your LibreOffice preference files, the full screen floating
toolbar floats above the upper left corner of a Writer document. But
immediately after you press the Full Screen button in the floating toolbar,
LibreOffice subtracts the Writer document's (i.e. the parent window's) position
from the floating toolbar's position and saves that new shifted position into
your window state preferences:
