This is not a bug. Enabling the edit mode in the UI doesn't change the *file*
mode - the filesystem file is still read-only, which is recognized in the
title. Trying to save it using e.g. Ctrl+S would still open a Save As dialog,
because it still wouldn't be able to rewrite the original file.

This is different from bug 87545, where the original file is allowed to edit,
but LibreOffice is instructed to use read-only mode when opening the file. When
entering the edit mode, there it will be nothing preventing the file from
rewriting.
