My gut feeling is that there is some packaging problem on LO side. Let me
explain:

When I launch `libreofficedev25.2` (Build ID:
869fff459cbee6a2edadd5c24f2b65c199712de6) on command line, and try to create LO
Writer document I get the following:

```
I see the above message IRRESPECTIVE of what GNOME DE variant I use. The above
messages DO show up even if I nuke my config and profile. FWIW, the LO that
ships with Debian doesn't spew out above messages.
For the sake of completion, and to answer your question, I do NOT see the
`Apply` and `Close` buttons on my regular GNOME DE (or any of GNOME DE variants
`GNOME Classic` `GNOME Classic on Xorg` etc etc)
I went a step further and  tried building LO.  The build was runnning for 6
hours and it did NOT finish at all.  I believe my laptop is not fit for
building or re-building the LO.
I understand that bibisect checks out pre-built binaries, and I am afraid that
they would be large downloads and laborious.  I am sorry to say, I do NOT want
to take this route.
