Description:
Executing "To Next Sentence" command, the cursor moves to the next character
from the beginning of the sentence in Japanese.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Write Japanese sentencies like the bellow on Writer. 
"1つ目の日本語の文章。2つ目の文章。"

2. Move cursor to the most left.  
3. Execute "To next sentence" command.
I am customizing LibreOffice Writer keybindings to be like Emacs (setting
'Alt+E' to 'To Next Sentence' in Tools -> Customize -> Keyboard)

Actual Results:
The cursor moves to the next character from the beginning of the sentence.

Expected Results:
The cursor moves to the beginning of the next sentence.
