The new Appearance LO Theme panel does not enable user to review the full list
box of 'Customization' Item entries when no theme has been set active and the
Theme lb shows Automatic.
Should not have to create a new LO Theme just to be able to review the color
assignments ("Automatic" or specific color swatch/tag from os/DE system theme).
