When bug 148257 is resolved, we will know exactly which languages are used in
the document, and will be able to only embded the fonts for those.

Another possibility is under-specification of fonts in styles. When we further
improve the finesse of font choice (see bug 151215), we will likely have some
languages' fonts not explicitly defined, but rather just falling-back. And
"fallback" could even be defined as the default for all languages, with only
some languages having a font defined for them, obviating the need to
artificially set counterpart fonts for other languages, which today is a pain
we have to contend with.
