Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open
https://drive.usercontent.google.com/download?id=1UacZYIhlo505D3S3nGeWA6gY2uHndP1P&export=download
or some other large document
2. Click Export PDF and export. No progress bar
Actual Results:
No progress bar for pdf export

Progress bar while saving pdf
