            Bug ID: 164442
Summary: User's choice of vertical alignment doesn't "stick"
after you enter text in the cell.
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 24.2.7.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
In Excel, if you choose a vertical cell alignment for a set of cells before you
enter text, that alignment "sticks."

Not Libre. I have just come from choosing and re-choosing top alignment for a
set of cells, only to enter text in those cells and see it align on the bottom.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Format a set of empty cells so that vertical alignment is set to "top."
2. Enter text in any of those cells.

Actual Results:
Text will be aligned on the bottom.

Expected Results:
Text should have been aligned on the top as I'd set it.

Reproducible: Always
