Description:
Table and text boundaries in writer not visible, doesn't matter if  Tools ▸
Options ▸ Writer ▸ Formatting Aids is switched on or off with View ▸
Boundaries.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer document
2. Insert new table
3. Format boundaries to "No border"

Actual Results:
Table boundaries disappear. No visible signs of the table.

Expected Results:
Light grey borders of the table should be visible.
