Transfer of .msi file to a Folder under c:\ may help...

I've seen a similar issue installing OpenOffice using .msi ...
MSI din't start installation...
Transferring the .msi file to a folder c:\MSI (directly under c:\) and starting
the msi file after that, the installation started...
Maybe this helps also here...
