well, obvious from the summary.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a document
2. assign some text to become a section
3. (same valid for master-inserted documents)
Actual Results:
no boudary to be seen (even when assigning a gross color under
options>appearance>items: WriterSectionBoundaries)
Expected Results:
as before, section frame to be seen, so that it is immediately visible, where
read-only content present
Reproducible: Always
