And glyphs are drawn at least very close to the background baseline with a different font. You can add a few millimeter padding on top of the page style to tweak the least pixel out of this. Regarding precision, it is possible to enter a value of "7,85 mm" into the field, which then is converted to the unit you chose under tools > options > writer > general, at least it should be evaluated.
