Languagetool has the most up to date German dictionaries. Our own German
dictionary is outdated and the source is unmaintained since many years.
We should update our internal German dictionaries [1] to those from
languagetool [2].
The following needs to be done:
1. Compare our dictionaries with those from languagetool
2. Propose all words we have which are missing in languagetool to their
repository
3. Copy the languagetool dictionaries to our repo
Note: the '_frami' extension can be removed in our file names ('de_DE.dic'
instead of 'de_DE_frami.dic').
