            Bug ID: 164603
Summary: Pivot table layout dialogs fields can not be resized
                    inside the dialog
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: Inherited From OOo
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

This is a followup to bug 163902

In the attachment 197617 example it is possible to use a long column header in
the Pivot Table Layout dialogs several boxes, but it is not possible to resize
horizontally the area inside the dialog to show more of the left or right half
of the boxes.

1. Open attachment 197617
2. Select A1:D5
3. Data - Pivot Table - Insert or Edit.., press OK
-> In the Pivot Table Layout dialog there is no way to have a handle to
manually resize the left (Filters, Row Fields) or right (Column Fields, Data
Fields) half of the 4 smaller boxes, nor the Available Fields box horizontally.
See attachment 197618
This would be similar to how it works in the Formula Wizard window.

These automatically resize with the whole dialog, also have a horizontal scroll
bar if a column header displayed is too long.
Customer request is to make these manually resizeable too, so the screen area
could be reshuffled between the (Filters, Row Fields) and (Column Fields, Data
Fields) groups and the Available Fields box.

Version: 25.2.0.1.0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community

CPU threads: 16; OS: Linux 6.8; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
