In Impress when one changes between different parts of the document (such as
text inside a placeholder box and the frame of the placeholder box), the
toolbar and sidebar visibly flickers under some backends, such as gen on Linux
(while GTK and QT seem to be fine) and GDI in Windows (Skia also seems to be
fine).
Goal of this report is to try to reduce this sort of inconvenient behavior.
1. Open a new Impress document
2. Type something into the main slideshow textbox
3. Switch between the text and the title placholder on top of the slide
-> sidebar and toolbar flickers when the controls are updated according to the
new context
