The Mail Merge Wizard's New Address Block doesn't allow for spaces or
punctuation between address elements. The result is that all the text is run
together, which is not usable.
The workaround is to edit the template document. However, the average user does
not know where to find the mail-merge fields, much less how to insert them into
his/her document.
