This is related to bug 163598
When attachment 197213 is opened in Impress, the bullets in the upper box are
all dots, but in older versions the second level had endash, see at the top of
the attachment 197214.
1. Open attachment 197213
-> the bb paragraph has a bullet symbol instead of endash symbol.
