Description:
Using 28.8.4, uninstalled it and installed 28.8.3, which I had been using, same
problem.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load LibreOffice

Actual Results:
Pop-up for Updater.exe
Choosing either Yes or No has no effect, pop-up reappears when app reloads
Expected Results:
As above
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No

Loaded Writer or anything
