When using nested lists, it may be desirable that there is no page or column
break between an item and the first sub-item (recursively) (This may be viewed
similarly as headings and the first paragraph).
So I'm suggesting a list style property that says: Don't break to next column
or page if the next item is a sub-item of the same list.
