You can reproduce it very easily, 1. type two misspelled words, separated by a space. 2. move visual cursor to the start of the 1st misspelled word. 3. Press SHIFT+F10, corrections ARE presented. 4. Move visual cursor to the start of the 2st misspelled word. 3. Press SHIFT+F10, corrections ARE NOT presented.
