Description:
Color of bullets and also style cannot be changed in Impress presentation using
paragraph styles or Format Bullets and numbering, while the first level outline
can  be changed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create new empty Libreoffice presentation in Impress
2.choose View > Master slide
3.open Presentation styles and select Edit Outline 1
4. go to Bullets or Numbering and select other than default types of bullets or
numbering
5. click ok and check result
6. now select and edit Outline 2 or any other Outline style other than 1
7. choose something other than default and click OK
8. Select Format > Bullets and Numbering
9. Select different formatting and color for outline levels 1-3 or more
10. Click OK and check result

Actual Results:
After command 5 bullets and numbers of Outline 1 are changing according to the
requirements. After command 7 no changes takes place - bullets are black
buttons. After command 10 some changes appear in Outline 1 (color is sometimes
changing, sometimes not), no changes appears in Outline 2 and in further
outline levels.

Expected Results:
Changing styles, as well as Formatting bullets and numbering command changes
outline bullets and numbering according to given parameters.
