Description:
When I click File, Edit, or any other drop down menu from the taskbar vin
24.8.4_Win_86-64, all I get is a blank white box.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the program and try any of the taskbar pulldowns.

Actual Results:
Empty white box, & you have to use the keyboard shortcuts for everything.
Expected Results:
Literally: dropdown menus that work
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
can't access that, because the Help dropdown menu is a blank white box
