"Position and size" window horizontal line properties
The "height" value in the "Position and size" window of the properties of the
selected horizontal line does not go to 0.00 cm, but remains at 0.04 cm,
causing the line to be smoothly inclined on the form.
The problem also occurs in the "width", the value also does not go to 0.00 cm,
always remaining at 0.04 cm.
