GIF animation stopping in Windows 11 on mouse actions
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #160646 +++
When opening attachment 159163 (Untitled 1 (2).odp) by LibreOffice in Windows
11 we can experience animation stopping in cases of mouse moving and dragging
document elements.
