You can grab the MSI packaged installers from

https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/

run appropriate repair installation matching the old path you'd used. Note that
you'll need to rename the .msi to match that previous rename. Community built
packages would be named with the release build, e.g.     
LibreOffice_7.4.1.2_Win_x64.msi that would need to be changed to match the
repair.

Then perhaps an uninstall with Win Registry clean up.

Then perform a new clean installation with a current community release build,
downloaded and the HASH value checked against the provided checksum and
additional info "Info" link page. Mirror network for community built release
