Note that you'll need to rename the .msi to match that previous rename. Community built packages would be named with the release build, e.g. LibreOffice_7.4.1.2_Win_x64.msi that would need to be changed to match the repair. Then perhaps an uninstall with Win Registry clean up. Then perform a new clean installation with a current community release build, downloaded and the HASH value checked against the provided checksum and additional info "Info" link page.
