Problem description:
The height of some objects cannot be changed using the "Position and Size..."
Dialog.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new document (either Draw or Writer or whatever)
2. Create a new rectangle.
3. Rightclick that object and select "Position and Size...".
4. Change the height and confirm.
Current behavior:
The height kept the same.
Expected behavior:
The height should Change.
Notes:
Changing the width works without a problem. Changing the height using the mouse
(via dragging) and using the "Image" Dialog in Writer both work.
