Example file opened in LibreOffice
When opening a Word document, in the example case a template file (.dotx), text
in the header is not rotated correctly rotated. In the example file, white text
is rotated by 90 degrees to be on top of the beige/brown bar on the first
page's left side. When opening the same file, the text is still horizontal and
not in place.
