Description:
as i hover over the icons in the UI, the tooltips lag for a second before
displaying the text with skia. my pc is 100% good enough for libreoffice calc
(ryzen 5 7600 + intel arc b580). this could be related to intel gpus
Steps to Reproduce:
1. hover over the icons in the UI
Actual Results:
the tooltips lagged for a second before the text appeared
Expected Results:
displayed tooltips instantly
Reproducible: Always
