Layout changed in this particular document. In general, everything is pushed a
bit lower because each table row has expanded to handle pushed-down text in the
second column.

This is an interesting bug because compiling a revert of bibisect's bad commit 
proved that this really did trigger the alignment problem.

Steps to reproduce
1.) open forum-mso-de-64241.docx

If you zoom in closely, you can easily see that the text in the columns does
not exactly line up. The content in the second column is placed a bit lower
than the content in the first column. (Even without zooming in, you can see
this once trained to look for it...)
