1. In "Tabbed" notebookbar UI mode, switch to a specific tab that you want to
simplify (ex: the "Data" toolbar tab in Calc)

2. Menubutton > Customize...

3. Disable a button from that Data toolbar target

Result: in the background, the notebookbar switches back to the Home tab, so it
is very difficult to see the effect of what you are doing in realtime.
