As my version information says 'UI render: Skia/Vulkan' and your info says
'Skia/Raster', I've tried something.

I have enabled 'Force Skia software rendering' and suddenly I get the old,
lighter colour.

And even if I disable it again, the colour stays.

I've noticed other minor issues regarding themes, so hopefully the feature will
get more and more polished as new versions come along.
